QD-Q1yzz-L2 is a conductively cooled dual laser diode stacked array designed to operate over a large temperature range. It is a very compact association of two stacks built with up to 6 diode bars (60W QCW to 200W QCW per bar). The laser diode bar array benefits from a fully tried and tested technology, with appropriate design for improved efficiency and reliable operation at very high junction temperature. Packaging and heat exchanger have been optimized to reduce the overall thermal resistance. QD-Q1yzz-L2 stack is ideal for a range of different applications, including pumping rod-based or slab-based solid state lasers, illuminators etc.
