QD-Q1yzz-G is a conductively cooled laser diode stack designed to operate at very high temperature and high QCW optical power. These stacks are built with diode bars from 60W QCW to 200W QCW. The laser diode bar arrays benefit from a fully mastered technology, with appropriate design for improved efficiency and reliable operation at very high junction temperature operation. Packaging and heat exchanger have been optimized to reduce the overall thermal resistance. So, QD-Q1yzz-G stacks are ideal for a number of very demanding applications, under severe environmental conditions including military systems involving pumping solid state lasers utilizing rods or slabs, and laser illuminators...  

 

Assembled in a compact and rugged package allowing easy connection to thermal management components

 

  • Up to +75°C case temperature
  • 60W and 200W QCW per diode bar
  • Standard wavelength 808nm
  • Low thermal resistance assembly
  • Mechanically robust, shock and vibration resistant
