QD-Q1yzz-K (2 to 8 bars) is a conductively cooled laser diode stack designed to operate at very high temperature. The laser diode bar arrays benefit from tried and tested technology, with appropriate design for improved efficiency and reliable operation at very high junction temperature operation. Packaging and heat exchanger have been optimized to reduce the overall thermal resistance. QD-Q1yzz-K stack is ideal for a range of different applications under severe environmental conditions including military systems involving pumping solid state lasers utilizing rods or slabs, and laser illuminators...
