QCW Linear Bar Arrays

The QD-Qxy01-A1 & QD-Qxy01-T products are high optical power laser diodes for quasi-CW operation. The ‘x’ designates the wavelength window and the ‘y’ the optical power of each bar which can be offered from 60W QCW to 200W QCW. These products are based on a highly efficient and reliable 1cm linear bar arrays. Assembly in a compact and rugged package allows easy connection to a heat exchanger isolated from electrical connections. Design is optimized to allow very good temperature control
